She followed the smell of potato pancakes upstairs

Before I got married, I lived alone. I was making potato pancakes when my pregnant downstairs neighbor came up to ask for just one...나 결혼 전에 혼자 살 때 감자전 먹고 싶어서 부치는데 아랫집 임산부가 한장만 줄 수 있냐고 와서...

I invited her in and kept frying more for her. I had chives, so I made chive pancakes too. She ate those right up.들어오라고 해서 내가 계속 부쳐주고 먹임. 부추도 있어서 부추전도 해줬더니 잘 먹음.

She said she’d really been craving savory pancakes. Morning sickness had kept her from eating, but when she smelled these, she thought she could manage them... haha.갑자기 전 종류가 엄청 먹고 싶었다면서 입덧 때문에 못 먹었는데 냄새 맡고 이건 먹을 수 있겠다 싶었다고...ㅎㅎㅎ

I asked how she’d smelled them. We both had our windows open, and the smell had drifted all through her place. She’d hesitated for ages before coming up.냄새 어떻게 맡은거지? 했더니 나도 그 집도 창문 열어놨는데 냄새가 집 안으로 다 들어왔다면서 한참 망설이다 온거라고~
